- I have the right to refuse any project/application for whatever reason.
- Commissions are NOT first-come first-served. Slots are granted only by submitting an application form, SLOTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
- Selected applicants will be contacted via email or discord 2-3 days after the forms close.
- If there is no contact or response at all during the slot confirmation or payment stage after 7 days, the slot will be revoked and given to someone else.
- Please provide proper VISUAL references. (Moodboards-only or description-only will be declined)
- Strictly no cancelling/refunding once I've started on your commission.
- I accept payments through Paypal or local bank transfer (Philippines)
- You may request revisions during the sketch phase until you are satisfied, minor revisions are allowed during the final model/rig stage. Any major revisions afterwards may incur additional fees.
- Completion time may vary depending on my workload or the payment plan chosen. Turnaround time is 3 weeks - 3 months (for art only) and 3 months - 8 months (for art + rigging)
- I am allowed to post WIPs and processes on my art pages UNLESS stated otherwise to keep it private until debut/etc.
- Must credit me as artist/rigger with links to my twitter, carrd, OR twitch @xelafina
- You are NOT allowed to re-sell the Live2D model (without permission), redistribute the files, or claim the work as your own.
- You may contact me to edit/add on to the model (Additional costs will apply)
- I will only be including files and configured settings to use for VTUBE STUDIO (face-tracking software)
- Please note I use a Samsung Galaxy Android smartphone as a WEBCAM to test out the face-tracking.
- Live2D commissions are considered commercial-use. You may use it for streaming/videos for twitch, youtube, etc. (additional costs will incur if you are commissioning from a talent company/agency)
- Clients are NOT permitted to use the model or rig for non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or AI. Any association with NFTs, AI, or crypto is strictly prohibited.
